1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Onion Chopped
1 (16 oz.) Can Chili Beans W/ Liquid
1 (15 oz.) Can Kidney Beans W/ Liquid
1 (15 oz.) Can Whole Kernel Corn W/ Liquid
1 (8 oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
2 Cups Water
2 (14.5 oz.) Cans Peeled & Diced Tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) Can Diced Green Chile Peppers
1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
*I just use Peeled & Diced Tomatoes W/ Green Chiles and then omit the 4 oz. Can Of Chiles
1. In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain & set aside.
2. Place the ground beef, onion, chile beans, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, water, diced tomatoes, green chile peppers and taco seasoning mix in a slow cooker. Mix to blend and cook on low setting for 8 hrs.
Top with corn chips, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream
