Hamburger Soup

2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion
1 C. chopped celery
1 large tub tomato juice
2 C. water
2-3 potatos, grated
4 carrots, grated
salt & pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste (optional)

sautee onion and brown hamburger. Add all other ingrediants. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 20-30 minutes.
