Cheryl's Garlic Chicken

Preheat oven to 350

Melt together:
1/2 cube butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
dash of salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic (the real kind)

Mix together in a separate dish:
bread crumbs (I usually do about 2 1/2 - 3 cups, because I like alot of breading)
parmesan cheese (about 1/4 cup)
California-style garlic salt

Dip chicken into butter mixture, then into bread crumb mixture and put in baking dish.  Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes, covered.  Uncover, bake for 10 additional minutes or until no longer pink inside.

Goes well with green beans, baked carrots and twice baked potatoes or white pepper rice.
